Bob Moon – Moonlight Music Dinner

Intergalactic music spectacle

As part of the sporadic Stanserhorn concerts, intergalactic superstar Bob Moon will land his spaceship on Stans' local mountain on Saturday, May 10, 2025. He will be joined by his faithful spaceman Spiff and on-board computer Marvin. At lofty heights, you will be served unearthly sounds and a cosmically refined 3-course menu. Under the (hopefully radiant) moonlight, a rather outlandish musical and culinary spectacle takes place.

Bob Moon collects moon songs from the cosmos of pop, rock and jazz history, breaks them down, reassembles them electronically and garnishes them with layers of his voice. The music sounds new and yet strangely familiar, catchy, danceable and yet complex. Recently, the repertoire has been increasingly supplemented by original compositions. The visual staging plays with numerous allusions that will not only make science fiction fans smile. The result is a real Bob Moon space opera. Despite all the humor, great importance is always attached to the musical and acting craft.
