The fascinating rides up the Stanserhorn on the funicular railway (which dates back to 1893) and the world’s only CabriO aerial cableway (launched 2012) are like a journey through cableway history. Once at the summit, enjoy a meal – such as our Älplermagronen served in an edelweiss pot – in the revolving restaurant and browse the well-stocked souvenir shop, talk to the Stanserhorn rangers and admire the marmots, the 100-kilometre long Alpine chain and 10 Swiss lakes, visit the nature reserve containing enchanting fauna and flora, and much more. 1900 metres above everyday life – welcome to the Stanserhorn’s cableways.
