Enjoy hearty delicacies from regional producers on Saturday, November 15, 2025. Dinner will be lovingly presented at market stalls, where you can choose your favorite dishes directly from the buffet. You can expect pork slices, two kinds of bacon, ribs, sausages, ears and tails, as well as blood sausage and liver sausage and the unique Stanserhorn Streckwurst. This culinary experience is accompanied by the Chratzbodä Ergeler, who create the right atmosphere with their traditional sounds.

The sliced pork, bacon, ribs, shanks and Schüblig come from “Hiäsigs” in Grafenort. The rare breed “Black Alpine Pig” is proudly bred there in the Engelberg Valley. The blood sausage and liver sausage as well as the Streckwurst are supplied by the Stalder butcher's shop in Ennetbürgen.

The team from the revolving restaurant conjures up traditional side dishes such as sauerkraut, dried beans, creamed garlic and boiled potatoes. Various desserts in a glass provide a sweet finish to an enjoyable evening.
